As an employee of the Contact Center you will:
Answer & greet all incoming bank calls in a professional manner while projecting a positive, warm demeanor.
Direct customers to appropriate departments or individuals.
Communicate & coordinate problem resolution.
Keep current on product knowledge to be able to answer questions as they arise.
TRAINING:
Contact Center New Hires will pair up with one of the department's trainers to receive hands on training.
Our training program is a mixture of departmental shadows, as well as performing mock exercises that will prepare the New Hire for client inquiries.
Contact Center Members will continually receive coaching and training opportunities throughout their career with the Bank.
SUCCESS:
Many Contact Center Consultants have had great career growth and success.
Many members have used the department as a stepping stone to gather a better understanding of the numerous areas of the bank, prior to advancing into a new role.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
