Responsibilities:
Accurately process all customer orders received via phone, fax or email through Epicor ERP system Document, research and resolve customer questions, products or shipping on a timely basis Coordinate with other departments to quote lead times and delivery dates for stocked and non-stocked product to end customers Maintain strong positive customer relations Create SOP documentation for internal processes and maintain orderly electronic files accessible to internal staff/auditors Establish positive internal communication with manufacturing, engineering, quality and accounting as needed Qualifications and Requirements:
1 year experience in Customer Service capacity, preferably in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of ERP operating systems, Epicor experience a plus Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Problem solving capabilities and ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to work well independently as well as in a team Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to establish and maintain solid customer relationships Job Type:
