We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry.
This is a permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong administrative background.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our team with a variety of tasks ranging from data management, scheduling, communication, and other general administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
1.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including but not limited to managing schedules and preparing reports.
2.
Maintain and update company databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
3.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports using Microsoft Excel and other MS Office Suite tools.
4.
Develop and maintain efficient filing and document management systems.
5.
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, addressing queries and providing information as required.
6.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operation of all office functions.
7.
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
8.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have:
1.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
2.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
3.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
5.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
6.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
7.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
8.
A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9.
