Call Center Manager Pay:
$25 per hour Location:
Thomaston, CT Hours:
Full-Time 8 Hour shifts Monday-Friday Rotating Saturdays Overtime available.

Prior call center, appointment center, and CSR experience is preferred Ability to connect with customers and guide them to service solutions Pleasant phone voice and telephone etiquette Ability to maintain energy and composure Listening skills to understand the unique needs of our customers Background check and drug test
Summary:
We are looking for the right person to help us build, work in and manage our center.
Build in our existing location, work stations, phone system, call taking hardware.
We have a vision and instruction for the build.
When complete you and your team of 1-2 CSR's will be experts at taking calls, emails, texts etc.
Helping our customers feel great about their choice to contact us.
